Our data pipeline uses automated systems that may contain errors:

• We use Anthropic Claude Haiku AI to parse tweets — the AI may misinterpret sarcasm, jokes, hypotheticals, or unclear language as genuine stock calls
• Stock prices are sourced from Yahoo Finance (yfinance) and may have 15–20 minute delays during market hours
• KOLs may delete or edit tweets after we scrape them — we cannot retroactively capture deletions
• Our pre-filter requires both a ticker symbol and a directional keyword — calls that don't follow this pattern may be missed
• We manually audit samples but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy across thousands of parsed tweets

We make no warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any data on this platform.

A KOL's historical win rate is not a guarantee or even a reliable indicator of future performance. Stock markets are inherently unpredictable.

• A KOL with a 70% win rate in the past 7 days may perform poorly in the next 7 days
• Small sample sizes (fewer than 20–30 calls) are not statistically significant
• Market conditions change — strategies that worked in one environment may fail in another
• Past accuracy in any time period does not predict accuracy in any future period

All stock predictions shown on KOL Tracker are sourced from public posts on X/Twitter by third-party individuals. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any partnership with any of the KOLs tracked on this platform.

• The KOLs tracked have not consented to or approved our analysis of their public posts
• Their inclusion does not imply our endorsement of their views or trading strategies
• KOLs may have undisclosed conflicts of interest, such as positions in the stocks they recommend
• We do not verify whether KOLs actually execute the trades they publicly discuss
